Closing Options

1.   Hire an attorney to draw up a new deed and record it.

2.   Create a new deed yourself by copying your original deed, putting your name as the seller and our information from the P&S as buyers. Google US counties that recorded the original deed and send it to them with fee for recording. (usually less than $20.00) US closings are easy to do yourself. International recordings differ.

3.   Hire a closing company that handle timeshares.

4.   Contact us, we will handle the paperwork for $250.00.
