After your review the P&S agreement, you may decide that this is not for you and tear it up. You will be responsible for absolutely nothing. 

If you decide you want folow through, you will be required to meet the conditions on the P&S Agreement, by making a payment of $500.00 to our paypal account. Once this payment has been made, the P&S will become a binding contract guaranteeing you that we will buy your unit.

You will then have the right to personally or have any attorney or closing company, legally transfer ownership of your unit to the trust named on the P&S agreement.

We do offer closing services, we will be glad to handle all of the details if you wish, for any timeshare deeded in the USA for $250.00. How ever you are under no obligation to use any particular closing service. We will even help you do the closing yourself where you pay no one.
